Hailey was 1 of 10 songwriters selected to participate in the 2025 Johnny Mercer Songwriting Intensive at New England Music Camp’s Snowpond Center for the Arts in Sidney, Maine. Under mentorship from award-winning songwriters Adam Gwon and Anna K. Jacobs, she studied contemporary and musical theatre songwriting.

Hailey served as the Assistant Music Director at ZACH Theatre’s production of Waitress in Austin, Texas. Directed by Cassie Abate and music directed by Aimee Radics.

Hailey co-founded, directed, and performed in Texas State’s inaugural Asian American Pacific Islander showcase within the School of Theatre, Dance, and Film.

Hailey played Big Jule in Texas State’s production of Guys and Dolls, directed by Tom Delbello, choreographed by Julio Cataño-Yee and Cameron Monroe Thomas, and music directed by Spencer D. Hansen.
